We provide GPS tracking hardware, a cloud dashboard, and driver safety modules for commercial vehicle fleets. The system is designed to support Canadian commercial vehicle safety requirements, including hours-of-service logs and inspection records. No service guarantees real-time accuracy in all geographic conditions.

You must provide correct vehicle and driver information during setup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The platform must not be used to violate any federal or provincial transportation regulations.

Telemetry data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain location and diagnostic records for 90 days unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@toyotademos.com. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

ToyotaDemos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the tracking system. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian law.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if you breach any material term, including unauthorized use of the platform or failure to pay fees. Upon termination, your data will be exported or deleted within 14 business days.

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
